Prepare the Package
Securely pack your HexClad items in their original packaging, ensuring all handles and lids are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
